HiSeis – Perth firm driving seismic shift in discovery

HiSeis’ 3D seismic technology, which can image to depths beyond 3km, has been used by two thirds of the nine Explorer of the Year nominees in the recent 2020 MNN Awards. The 2020 financial year was a record period for HiSeis, with CEO Leigh Rigg describing it as a period of “significant acceleration” for the business. HiSeis general manager corporate development Antony Brockmann said seismic surveys created a massive volume of data that gave explorers the “big picture”, or the structural geological architecture, that can then be enriched and integrated with other data.
