Multiphysics 3D Interpretation
Our team investigate all projects from a Multiphysics approach. From the moment a prospective seismic project is introduced, our team will work actively with all available datasets including Drilling and Logging, Airborne Geophysics, Surface Geophysics, Geochemistry and Geological Mapping. All datasets provide insights that are unique to one another and it is only through analysing all available data that informed geological observations can be accurately made.
Projects are created and managed in the GoCAD software package with final outputs being optimised for your unique software platforms of choice. This includes, Petrel, Geoscience Analyst, Leapfrog and Micromine.
Target Generation
A key result of working with HiSeis is the generation of new knowledge and understanding and the creation of informed drill targets. Drill targets may aim to test geological features within the seismic datasets in order to characterise and understand your geology in a 2D and 3D space, or they could target key structural controlling features. For some commodities, Seismic can be used for direct detection of mineral deposits for which the team can produce new targets to be tested.
The capture of information resulting from new targeting programs is essential. We utilise the Target Tracker module within the Epicentre platform to document and track drilling results, ensuring that all the learnings and data from each campaign is captured and integrated into future decisions.
Project Training
We understand that a lot of Mining experts have not worked with seismic datasets and the volume of data and information can be overwhelming. Additionally, some businesses or users are simply not setup with the required software to extract the most value from their data.
